Our Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Email support@worldkit.store with your order number to start the process.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
International Orders
We do not accept returns on international orders due to customs complexity. Contact us if your order arrives damaged and we will find a resolution.
